| An oceanic dolphin found primarily in the Atlantic Ocean north of the equator. Scientific name Stenella coeruleoalba (Blue-and-white Stenella). While not exactly striped, the patterning on its side is the closest in delphine terms to the marking in question, alongside the Fraser's. Thought to be one of the most abundant cetaceans, though it isn't seen that frequently as it typically lives in the open sea away from the coastline. |
