First of all, welcome to Leetle Adoptables! As the name implies, this is an adoptables site.
The concept of an adoptables site is simple: You adopt a creature or object of some sort, and must do something in order to level it up.
On Leetle Adoptables, those objects could be anything from a hybrid platypus-toaster to a cute little mouse, and you level them up by getting people to click them.
You can get adoptables in several ways. Most people will get adoptables through buying. If you would like to buy an adoptable, click the "Shopping" link on the menu.
Micro-points, or µP, are the currency of Leetle Adoptables. There are three main ways to obtain µP:
- Giving Clicks
Every time you click someone else's adoptable, you will gain some µP. The amount of µP per-click increases with the number of clicks you give. You can click up to 100 leetles a day.
- Getting Clicks
In addition to giving clicks, you also receive µP whenever someone clicks one of your leetles. The higher the leetle's level (leetle levels scale with clicks), the more money you get per-click. You can get people to click your leetles by placing them in your "signature" on message boards, posting them in topics (where applicable; we don't want you spamming them everywhere). You can find the BBCode needed to put your leetles on forums under "Get Codes" on the menu.
- Selling Items
If you're an artist account type, this will be your primary source of income. Your goal is to create leetles, and sell them in your shop. First, set up your shop by going to "My Shop" on the menu. Then, you can add leetles from your toybox to your shop by clicking the money icon (
). Once they're in your shop, don't forget to set a reasonable price.To help artists get started selling leetles, their first creation is free!
